Wow! Where has this year gone? Happy September (already)! I know today was a holiday for most of you here in the US, but it was just another Monday for me. I still had to be at dialysis at my usual time. Luckily Uncle Wes didn't have to go to work today because my arm was hurting too much for me to drive myself to the center. I've spent most of the weekend with my arm in a sling so that I don't use it, but I still have shooting pains through the lower incision area and the muscles in my forearm start aching if I type too long or hold anything with my right hand. I did a tiny bit of stitching on Baby Kasey before I left for my treatment. After eating my Wawa Italian sub I fell asleep so I didn't get anything done at dialysis stitching-wise.

I'd also like to send thoughts and prayers to all those affected by Hurricane Gustav. Stay safe!
P.S. If you're wondering what happened to Sunday's entry, nothing! As in: Nothing happened, no stitching was done, and you don't want to hear about me watching more television to pass the time. But my arm hurt too much to do anything so I sat in my chair and stared at the boob tube.
Kasey is coming along great.
ReplyDeleteDo hope your arm gets better very soon.
Best wishes.
Hi Beth -
ReplyDeleteGlad to hear you had a good Labor Day. Good thing Gustav lost alot of steam by the time it hit. I have e-mailed you at your Yahoo account, I need to hear from you when you get a chance.

Your stitching of your dog looks soooo cute.
ReplyDeleteI love your puppy. I am going to have to pick that one up one day. Love the progress.
